We only accept returns postmarked within 15 days from the delivery date. Once we receive your parcel, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. You can return by using your local post office or any tracked courier at your cost. In that case, you should mail it to:

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear & sleepwear, jewelry, and accessories.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
