We only accept returns postmarked within 15 days from the delivery date. Once we receive your parcel, your refund will be automatically issued and the return label fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. For EU only we have a Premarked Return Label Service or you can return by using your local post office at your cost. In that case to return your product, you should mail it to:

Costs 19.95€ for the return if the package is below 1kg.
Costs 29.95€ for the return if the package is between 2-5kg.
1. Sign into your account or use the Return Center if you don't have an account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button or wait for our reply.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
4. We will email you a DHL Shipping Label. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the DHL Customer Service to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest DHL Service Point.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear & sleepwear, jewelry, and accessories.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Your request will be processed within 2 days after we receive your returns. The refund will be issued to your ALPHADOG VIP CLUB Wallet or the original payment account per your request.
Note：The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
